The terms that apply when you buy digital downloads, printed editions, or bundles from The Adulting Vault.

By placing an order with The Adulting Vault (“we,” “us”), you (“Buyer”) agree to these Terms of Purchase, our License, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted. Prices, discounts, and compare-at values may change at any time and apply to orders placed after the change. Applicable sales tax and, for printed editions, shipping are added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment details you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Digital products are delivered instantly via a signed, time-limited download link sent to the email on your order and available in your Library. Links may be regenerated from your account. It is your responsibility to save downloaded files; we recommend backing them up to your own storage.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final. If a file is missing, corrupted, or the wrong version, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion. We do not refund because a product did not match your unstated expectations — please read the product description and preview pages before buying.
Printed editions are produced on demand through our print partner. Turnaround times are estimates and exclude carrier delays. Once a print run begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Damaged or defective printed items are replaced free of charge when reported within 14 days of delivery with photos.
Bundle prices reflect a discount versus buying each item separately. Bundle contents are what is shown on the bundle page at the time of purchase; individual items in a bundle are not separately refundable.
Items marked “Coming soon” or offered as pre-orders are not yet available. If you purchase a pre-order, we will deliver it when it launches. If we cancel a pre-ordered title, you receive a full refund or a credit of equal value, your choice.
Your use of our products is governed by the License. Sharing download links, uploading files to public locations, reselling, or using our materials in an organizational or commercial setting without a written commercial license is a breach and may terminate your license without refund.
Our products are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, or career advice, and no attorney/client, advisor/client, or therapist/client relationship is created by purchase. For decisions with meaningful consequences, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased files and future purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version is always posted here.
